Antminer S15 / T15 Control Board – Original Bitmain Replacement Motherboard
This is an original Bitmain control board for the Antminer S15 and T15, providing full hashboard management, network connectivity, firmware execution and pool configuration. It is a tested second-hand unit — inspected and verified functional before shipment. The S15/T15 control board manages the 7nm BM1391 ASIC chips across all three hashboards, handling voltage tuning, frequency adjustment and thermal monitoring through the miner's web interface.
When to Replace the Control Board
A failed control board causes the miner to stop responding on the network, fail to detect one or more hashboards, or refuse to boot entirely. Common failure modes include corrupted firmware flash, failed Ethernet PHY, damaged power regulator on the board, or physical damage to the data connectors. If reflashing the firmware does not resolve the issue, the board itself needs replacement. Swapping the control board is faster and more cost-effective than attempting component-level repair on the motherboard.
Installation
Power off the miner and disconnect all cables from the existing control board — data ribbons from each hashboard, PSU control cable and Ethernet. Remove the mounting screws and slide the board out. Install the replacement board, reconnect all cables ensuring data ribbons are firmly seated, and power on. Configure the miner's network settings and pool credentials through the web interface. All three hashboards should be detected within a few minutes of boot.
