Antminer S19K 4-Pin Fan Simulator β Immersion & Water Cooling Upgrade
When you convert an Antminer S19K or S19K Pro to immersion or water cooling, the stock fans must be removed β but the miner will shut down if it detects missing fans. This 2-in-1 fan simulator solves the problem by emulating normal fan speed signals so the firmware stays happy while your liquid cooling does the real work.
Plug-and-Play Fan Emulation for Oil & Water Setups
The simulator plugs directly into the 4-pin square ATX fan headers on the S19K board. It is compatible with both mineral-oil immersion and closed-loop water cooling configurations. No firmware modification is required β simply connect the simulator where the fans were and power on. If you are upgrading an older unit with 4-pin linear headers, adapter cables that convert from 4-pin linear to 4-pin ATX are available separately for seamless compatibility.
Why Use a Fan Simulator for Immersion Mining?
Immersion cooling delivers superior thermal performance by submerging the entire miner in dielectric fluid, eliminating dust, reducing noise, and extending component life. The fan simulator is the critical link that lets you remove the air-cooling hardware without triggering error codes, overheating alarms, or automatic shutdowns on your S19K.
