Antminer S19K Pro 4-in-1 Fan Speed Simulator – Water & Immersion Cooling Upgrade
This 4-in-1 fan speed simulator for the Antminer S19K Pro generates the tachometer signals that the miner's firmware expects from its stock fans, allowing the miner to operate normally after the fans have been removed for a water cooling, immersion cooling or silencer blower upgrade. It supports both 4-pin and square 4-pin connector types and plugs directly into the control board's fan headers — no firmware modifications required.
Why You Need a Fan Simulator
The S19K Pro firmware continuously monitors fan RPM through the tachometer signal. When it detects zero RPM — because the fans have been physically removed for a water cooling or immersion conversion — it triggers a fan-absent alarm and shuts down the miner to protect against overheating. The fan simulator generates a simulated tachometer signal that satisfies the firmware's health check, allowing the miner to run indefinitely without stock fans while the alternative cooling system handles heat dissipation.
Installation
Disconnect the stock fans from the control board fan headers. Plug the 4-in-1 simulator into all four fan headers on the control board — it supports both connector formats used on the S19K Pro. Power on and verify the dashboard shows fan RPM readings (simulated) and no fan-absent alarms. The miner will hash normally while your water loop, immersion tank or silencer blower handles cooling.
