Antminer S19K Pro Water Cooling Plate – Hydro Mining Upgrade Kit

Transition your air-cooled Antminer S19K Pro to liquid cooling with this aluminum alloy water cooling plate. The plate replaces the stock heatsink and fan assembly, channelling coolant directly across the ASIC chip array to pull heat away faster than convection alone. Two variants are available — one for aluminum-substrate hash boards and one for non-aluminum boards — so the plate mates correctly regardless of which S19K Pro board revision you are running.

Sustained Hash Rate Without Thermal Throttling

Air-cooled S19K Pro units are especially sensitive to ambient temperature: once intake air climbs above 35 °C, the firmware begins throttling ASIC frequency to protect the chips. A water cooling plate keeps junction temperatures well below the throttle threshold, allowing the miner to hold its peak hash rate continuously. In warm-climate farms, the hash rate recovered from eliminating throttling typically covers the cost of the cooling upgrade within the first few weeks of operation.

Choosing the Right Variant and Installation Notes

Check your hash board revision before ordering. Aluminum-substrate boards have a silver-metallic finish on the component side; non-aluminum boards are the standard green or black FR4. The non-aluminum variant may require pairing with a hash board modification tool (sold separately) for proper fitment. After mounting the plate, apply thermal paste evenly across all ASIC chip tops using the S19K Pro thermal paste stencil, connect the coolant lines, and pressure-test before powering on. Install a fan speed simulator to prevent the firmware from faulting on missing fan RPM signals.
