APW11A1216-1a Bitmain Power Supply – Antminer T21 Crypto Miner (12V-16V 3610W)

The APW11A1216-1a is the Bitmain factory power supply for the Antminer T21, delivering an adjustable 12V to 16V output at up to 3610W. It is the OEM PSU spec'd to feed the T21's BM1368-class hashboards across their working voltage window, with the C20 mains inlet and the P13-style DC output cabling Bitmain uses on the latest generation of S21/T21-class miners. We ship it brand new from our Shenzhen warehouse for fleet refresh and field replacement of failed units.

When to Replace the APW11A1216-1a

Typical APW11 family failure modes: full-power shutdown after a few minutes (fan or thermal sensor fault), no DC output with a slow blue or red LED blink (PFC stage failed), audible buzz / coil whine that wasn't there before (capacitor degradation), or output voltage drifting under load (degraded primary switching MOSFET). The APW11A1216-1a is field-repairable but the cost of a 3-4 hour bench session usually exceeds the unit replacement cost — standard ops practice in a T21 fleet is to swap to a known-good unit and either bench-repair or scrap the failed PSU.

Installation

Power down the miner, isolate the rack from mains and wait 5 minutes for capacitor discharge. Unplug the C20 mains, then unplug the P13 DC output cables from the miner shell. Note the orientation. Remove the failed APW11 from its mount, slide in the new APW11A1216-1a, reconnect the P13 cables to the same hashboard positions, then reconnect the C20 mains cable. Power up; the miner should see the new PSU within a few seconds. Verify hashboard voltage and current on the kernel log are within Bitmain's spec window for a T21 under full load.
