Installation and AC wiring
The APW17 accepts a C20 to P13 (4-pin) AC power cord on the input and uses the same 10-pin output harness layout as APW12. Plug the P13 connector into the PSU input, route the C20 end to a 220-240V PDU rated for 16A or higher, and connect all output cables to the miner before powering on. Verify that low-voltage protection (185-195V) and overheat protection are active before commissioning the miner under full load.
Compatibility
Direct fit for Antminer S21 and S19j XP air-cooled SHA-256 miners. Also serves as a tested replacement for APW12 in any S19-series rack that needs higher current headroom. Not designed for hydro models — use APW11 for S19 Hydro / S21 Hydro setups. Ripple, line and load regulation each stay below 1%, with short-circuit, overheat and over-current protection on both output rails.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use APW17 on a 110V circuit?
No. The APW17 input window is 220-277V AC. The low-voltage protection trips between 185-195V to prevent damage, so a North-American 110V outlet will not bring the PSU online.
Is the APW17 interchangeable with APW12?
The mechanical interface, output harness and AC cord (C20 to P13) are the same. The APW17 supplies higher current to support S21 and S19j XP, which is why it is the recommended upgrade for those models.
Which AC power cord does it need?
A C20 to P13 4-pin AC cord. Use the dedicated cable listed in the related products section for a reliable connection.
