Avalon Conductive Copper Sheet | Pure Copper Tin-Plated Power Connector for AvalonMiner 1066pro / 1126 / 1166 / 1246 / 1266 / 1346 Series
The Avalon Conductive Copper Sheet is the hashboard-to-PSU power link on the AvalonMiner 1066pro, 1126, 1166, 1246, 1266 and 1346 hashboards. Carries the full hashboard current from the PSU bus into the hashboard's input pad — every amp the hashboard draws passes through this copper bar. When the original sheet corrodes, bends, or loses contact pressure, hashboards undervolt, throttle, or refuse to start. A clean, properly seated replacement restores full current capacity.
Built from pure copper with a tin-plated finish — the tin plating resists oxidation that would otherwise raise contact resistance over months of continuous duty in a hot mining environment. Ships as a pack of 2 pieces per unit, enough for one hashboard pair. Install by fully embedding the copper plug into the card slot and tightening all retention screws before powering on — partial seating creates hot spots that scorch the contact area and degrade the bar over time.
