Featuring a visual display, the A320X test fixture enables users to easily identify fault locations during the testing process. It supports various chip models, including A3205, A3204, A3203, A3202, A3201, A3200, and A3200C, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of hash boards.

Avalon Test Fixture Key Features:

• Burning Control Board Function: The fixture simplifies the burning process by eliminating the need for gear selection. Simply connect the data cable to the control board, ensuring proper contact and cable sequence. Ensure the computer software for viewing test results is closed before opening the burning software. Select the corresponding port within the burning software, which can be found in the computer device manager.

• T Measurement Signal: When repairing a defective hash board, select this function and locate the position to be measured on the hash board. Place the multimeter pen accordingly, step on the foot switch, and release it after observing the test result on the multimeter. Repeat these steps for different positions.

• N Normal Test: This function allows you to test the normalcy of the hash board by selecting the corresponding chip model. During the test, keep the foot switch pressed continuously, as disconnecting it midway will cause the power-off test to fail. If the hash board is not connected or the hash board MT signal is abnormal, the test program will not run until the buzzer sounds.

• F Short Circuit Chip Mode: For C and CK signals that are normal, a test result of 0 or less than the number of chips indicates a short circuit. In this case, connect the short circuit chip clip to the hash board (red + connects to the D signal, black - connects to the hash board chip -), and press and hold to initiate the test. For example, if a short circuit is detected between No. 10 and No. 11, a report of 0 or 9 indicates an abnormality before the 10th chip, while a report of 10 indicates normalcy before the 10th chip.
