The GPT13N50DG is a high-voltage N-channel MOSFET in a TO-220F (isolated tab) package, designed for primary-side switching in Whatsminer power supplies. It features advanced termination technology for robust voltage blocking, a fast-recovery source-to-drain body diode comparable to dedicated recovery diodes, and full avalanche and commutation energy rating.
