The YT8512C is the single-port 100 Mbps Ethernet PHY chip used on the Antminer S19j Pro+ C76 control board. A: Swap the cable and try a different switch port first. If the link still doesn't come up, isolate the SoC MAC by checking the management interface — if MDIO reads back PHY ID values that are all 0xFFFF or 0x0000, the PHY itself is dead.

Q: Is the YT8512C used on other Antminer control boards?
A: It appears on the C76 board family used by S19j Pro+ and a few related variants. Other Antminer control boards (C52, C87, A113D) may use different PHY parts — match the part number stamped on the chip before ordering a replacement.
