The NCEP60T18 is a high-current 60V N-Channel power MOSFET built on SGT-I Super Trench technology, designed for high-frequency switching and synchronous rectification stages in ASIC miner power supplies. Ultra-low RDS(on) paired with low gate charge minimizes both conduction and switching losses — the right combination for the sustained high-current duty of mining PSU primary or sync-rectifier positions.

Headline specs: VDS 60V, ID 180A continuous, RDS(on) typical 2.8mΩ @ VGS = 10V (max <3.2mΩ), maximum junction temperature 150°C, 100% UIS-tested. The combination of high current rating and low on-resistance gives excellent thermal margin even under continuous full-load mining.
