The high-reliability NSI6602BD Isolated Dual-channel Gate Driver IC is designed for power transistor switching up to 2MHz. Boasting impressive capabilities, each output can source a peak current of 4A and sink 6A, providing quick 25ns propagation delay with 5ns maximum delay matching.

Encased in an SOP16 package featuring 3000Vrms isolation, the driver operates with a maximum supply voltage of 25V while accepting supply voltages ranging from 2.7V to 5V. What's more, all supply voltage pins support under voltage lockout (UVLO) protection.
