MPLAB PICkit 4 In-Circuit Debugger / Programmer – PG164140
The MPLAB PICkit 4 in-circuit debugger / programmer (part number PG164140) is the modern bench tool for debugging and programming PIC + dsPIC flash microcontrollers — the successor to the now-discontinued PICkit 3. Built around the MPLAB X Integrated Development Environment (IDE) v4.15+, PICkit 4 brings faster programming, wider target voltage range and more advanced debug interfaces to ASIC repair benches working on Antminer hashboards.
Key upgrade over PICkit 3: micro-SD card slot + Programmer-to-Go functionality = take firmware images on-the-go, program production units without the host PC connected. Self-powered from the target board when needed. Compatible with BM1387B, BM1397, BM1485, BM1746 and later Antminer ASIC family hashboards.
