SCH1633-D01 6-Axis MEMS IMU – Gyroscope & Accelerometer (SOIC-24, AEC-Q100)
The SCH1633-D01 is a high-performance 6-axis inertial measurement unit that combines a 3-axis gyroscope (±300 °/s) and a 3-axis accelerometer (±8 g primary, ±26 g auxiliary) in a single SOIC-24 inverted package. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1, it is engineered for ADAS, autonomous driving, inertial navigation, and vehicle stability control applications where sensor accuracy and environmental resilience are non-negotiable.
Ultra-Low Bias Instability for Precision Motion Sensing
With gyro bias instability of just 0.5 °/h and angle random walk of 0.03 °/√Hz, the SCH1633 delivers the repeatability demanded by dead-reckoning navigation and camera/headlight levelling systems. Selectable 20-bit and 16-bit output resolution, integrated timestamp synchronisation, and over 200 self-diagnostic monitoring signals ensure data integrity across the full operating envelope.
