Optimized TLV62130RGTR Step-down DC-DC Converter
The TLV62130RGTR DC-DC converter is the perfect choice for battery-powered or 12V intermediate power applications. This synchronous step-down regulator is easy to use and supports a wide input voltage range of 3V to 17V with a continuous output current of up to 3A and adjustable output voltage from 0.9V to 5.5V.
Ultra-Low Current Consumption, High Performance DC-DC Converter
Its features include programmable soft start and optimized tracking, smooth power saving mode conversion, and low 19 μA quiescent current and 2 μA shutdown current. In addition, this IC comes in a VQFN package with a tiny 3 mm x 3 mm (RGT) footprint, making it mobile and lightweight.
