TLV62130RGTR Step-Down DC-DC Buck Converter IC
The TLV62130RGTR is a synchronous step-down regulator ideal for battery-powered or 12 V intermediate power applications. Wide 3 V – 17 V input range + 3 A continuous output + adjustable 0.9 V – 5.5 V output deliver the flexibility needed across the various low-voltage housekeeping rails on modern hashboards.
Ultra-low current consumption: 19 µA quiescent current + 2 µA shutdown current. Features include programmable soft start + optimized tracking + smooth power-saving mode conversion. Compact VQFN 3 mm × 3 mm (RGT) footprint for tight-PCB integration.
