Experience Enhanced Power Supply Control with the HR1001A LLC Controller
The HR1001A is an advanced LLC controller designed specifically for Whatsminer power supply repair. With its new features, including Adaptive Dead Time Adjustment (ADTA) and Capacitive Mode Protection (CMP), the HR1001A offers enhanced control and protection capabilities.
Adaptive Dead Time Adjustment and Capacitive Mode Protection for Whatsminer Power Supplies
The HR1001A features anti-capacitive mode protection, which prevents potentially damaging capacitive mode switching in the event of an output short circuit or severe overload. This ensures the safety and reliability of the power supply even under challenging conditions.
Equipped with a 600V high-side gate driver with an integrated bootstrap diode and high dv/dt immunity high-precision oscillator, the HR1001A provides precise control over the resonant half-bridge converter. It enables variable frequency control with a 50% duty cycle, allowing for efficient power conversion.
The HR1001A offers programmable burst mode operation at light loads, minimizing power consumption and enhancing output regulation. It also provides rich protection features, including two-level OCP, auto-recovery, external latched shutdown, CMP, and OTP. These features increase the safety of the converter design with minimal additional components.
This advanced LLC controller is suitable for various applications, including Whatsminer power supplies, LCD and PDP TVs, desktop computers and servers, telecom switching power supplies, AC/DC adapters, open SMPS, video game consoles, and electronic lighting ballasts.
