The NCE65TF130D is a 650V N-channel power MOSFET built with advanced trench-gate super-junction technology. Rated 28A drain current, with low Rds(on), ultra-low gate charge and optimised body-diode reverse recovery, it is engineered for high-efficiency switch-mode power supplies — including the primary side of ASIC miner PSUs and uninterruptible power supplies.
The combination of low conduction loss and low drive requirements makes the NCE65TF130D well suited to bridge, LLC and ZVS phase-shift topologies inside modern Antminer- and Whatsminer-class PSUs operating from 220-277V AC mains.
