The RT6212AHGJ6F is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down (buck) DC-DC converter used on the Avalon A850 control board. Derives one of the local low-voltage rails from a higher upstream supply — when this rail dies, the control board's logic stops responding, the miner shows "no chain" or a dead control surface, and the hashboards never come up even though they are healthy.
