TPA1862-VR High-Supply Voltage Amplifier for ASIC Miner Power Supply
The TPA1862-VR is a high-performance high-supply voltage operational amplifier designed for precise signal conditioning and control circuits in ASIC miner power supplies. It is commonly used during APW11 power supply maintenance and repair, where stability, noise immunity, and thermal protection are critical.
Reliable Amplifier Solution for ASIC Miner PSU Maintenance
Operating across a wide 4.5V to 36V supply range, the TPA1862-VR delivers excellent AC performance with a 12MHz bandwidth and 12V/μs slew rate. Its strong EMI rejection of 85dB at 1GHz ensures stable operation in electrically noisy mining environments.
The integrated over-temperature protection automatically places the amplifier in a high-impedance state at 170°C and restores normal operation at 150°C, protecting the device during prolonged high-load operation.
